Lacking a few things.

Thank you for this feedback. We regret that the tissue box was missing and apologize for our oversight. Going forward, we’ll double check for this. The Smart TV does work and, as described in our listing, is ready for your personal streaming device—Roku, Apple TV, etc. We will investigate options for providing wider access.

No real TV. Had to mirror my phone to TV to watch anything. No dishwasher. Tiny cramped room

Wow! We truly regret that you had such a difficult experience in our sweet studio! You’re definitely an “outlier” in terms of your opinions/ complaints—the overwhelming majority of our guests are very satisfied. For future guests: 1) Please do read access instructions before you check in. That info will direct you to the correct entrance. This guest was trying to enter the wrong space! But we live close by and took care of his confusion right away. 2) Most guests say the shower is oversized rather than cramped. It’s approximately 38x38”. Thank you for suggesting a grab bar—we will supply one right away. 3) The Smart TV is ready for your device/stick. This is stated in the studio description. 4) We do not have a dishwasher and do ask guests to wash and put away their dishes. We supply drainer, detergent, dish towels. Unlike this guest, our other visitors have done this consistently & have not left the space trashy. 5). This space is a STUDIO and its dimensions are stated in the description. Most guests feel it’s well laid-out and not “cramped.” We have kept our nightly rate & cleaning fee at the same low rate for the last 6 years as we want the studio accessible to as many folks as possible. If you’re looking for bigger space, there are many available in the area, but they are definitely more costly. We suggest that future guests read some of our other reviews to get a fairer idea of what we offer. Our typical guests love this place and give it consistently high marks!

Fabulous Fort Collins!
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe knew that we were getting a studio space for us and our two corgis, so anticipated being somewhat cozy. However, this space felt larger than what we were anticipating and it was well appointed with some interesting repurposing of some building materials and a spacious shower and good sized bathroom and very comfortable bed. The patio area was wonderful and we enjoyed that the back yard was fenced in, just in case one of our fury friends slipped out. We were close enough to College Ave amenities for walking but far enough away to be in a calm and quiet neighborhood. It was a delightful place to say and we had a wonderful experience. We will think of this space first when we next consider a visit to Fort Collins!!!

Lovely little studio for 1-2 adults

I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with ample parking on street. Entrance is around back of home with a patio set where I could sit and enjoy the weather and birds. I would recommend this property.
