Really cozy and clean. Only downside is the mattress was quite terrible.

Room was incredibly dirty - bed, towels, floors, bathroom. All of it. Slept in a silk sleeping bag liner to avoid bed bugs. A band was practicing somewhere in the building until midnight. Grateful no one broke into my truck. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Expect a refund from Expedia.

It never occurred to you to say something to hotel staff while you were on site and possibly have this remedied? No one has broken into a vehicle on this property in years. There are NO bed bugs here. For you to imply these things is irresponsible and defamatory.

I felt as if there might be bugs in the room. I left after observing several bites on my body. Expedia was awesome though they gave me a refund on the 3 remaining nights.

The room was checked immediately when you left and there was absolutely NO evidence of any bugs or any evidence of blood from bug bites. Maybe your paranoia due to YOU recently having bed bugs, per our conversation, is the reason for your imagined bites, Regardless, it is unbelievably unethical of you to throw this accusation with no evidence,

Confused Manager

When I got there the guy was acting all weird and took forever going back into his office stating he had to use the other computer, then came out with his phone and was talking into it while he was checking me in. Because it was after midnight and actually Thursday he was confused when I was checking out and kept saying into the phone ok he's staying tonight and checking out Friday. I told him that I'd be staying only 10 hours. He then charged me an extra $20, and never once asked to see my license.

I wasnt talking in the phone at all. You booked for Thursday night and thought you booked for wednesday. Pay attention to your booking dates. You specifically told me you were checking out at 10"30 Friday, therefore necessitating an early check in fee as you were checking in 15 and a half hours before you were due to.

Old and scary.

Very dumpy. The lobby smells like old smoke. Fortunately the room I had didn’t. They are tiny. I was on the first floor. Not sure who was above me but it sounds like a family of 8. The linens were awful luckily had a sheet I slept on top of and was extremely scared of the shower . The refridgerator had food in it. I wanted to leave but never would have been able to get my money back from hotels.com.

When you checked in I told you you could go, no harm no foul, You chose to stay. You have a bit of a small bubble in life. My suggestion is don't prepay online for ANYTHING.
