The room was super clean and amazing!
The bed in pillows were so comfortable!
Parking is tricky but it worked out. Owners were great to visit with.

Other than having to park a ways a way, road noise and a couple of stains on the towels/ linen it was a great room. Comfy, great location, good communication, plenty of amenities within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend and will stay again.

Staying here was a terrible experience and its literally impossible to rest with the road noise, mini split AC and mini fridge running. TV did not work nothing could be done with no staff on site. The whole stay was terrible. Use caution when staying here.

This was our 2nd time staying there and there will be more. We love the location and the host is easy to get a hold of if needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the flats, especially the older home feel and being so close to downtown/old town Fort Collins! Our room was very nice and comfortable. The communication with the owners was excellent! The only down side was that some people were near our room - possible outdoors - for an hour or so, very late at night, making a lot of noise. We would still recommend this rental, as it was overall a great experience.

Great room for an overnight. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. The room has a refrigerator to keep things cold.
Coffee is available in the entryway all the time, which we appreciated.
We parked on the side street, with no problems finding an available spot.
No microwave or food heating facilities.
The room is on a major street so there is quite a bit of car noise, if that’s an issue for you.
