No water or AC for my first day

Firstboff thisbis myb2nd tine stayingvat this hotel. Very comfortable. Low key. Theres been some upgrades since my last stay like vallet parking and entryway and lobby.
The reason for my 3 stars is particular to my stay. I purchased a higher priced jr suite with partial ocean view rather than a regular partial oceanview too.. the jr suite room is a 2 story walk up with no evelator acces. I have recently had knee issues so this was a complete disappointment that this was not made clear on the reservation. Upon entering the room it was a decent size room. With a balcony that looks over the pool. Again 2nd floor walk up so absolutely no privacy. You cant even open the blacony blinds because anyone walking by the pool can see straight in even the bed. Also the partial ocean view with being so low is is micro. I called the front desk for another room and was met with an employee that didnt seem to know much about availability at the hotel. Who then told me nothing else is available. So i decided to walk back to the front desk and i was able to speak with a more knowledgeable staff memeber that was able to give me what was considered a room downgrade and i was u able to be refunded the difference because i purchased my trip on Expedia. Finally after dragging luggage back down the flight i recieved a room on the 8th floor with a beautiful "partial ocean view" equipped with everything but the pull out couch offered in the jr suite.

I’ve been to this Hotel 4 times now and I love it every time! Great for families, friends, or couples. Everyone is very friendly and I haven’t had any bad experiences. Definitely a great place to stay.
