Only here for an overnight before heading out on a cruise but this is our 3rd stay here. We'll be back for our next cruise

Travelled with family for vacation. We booked 4 rooms, 3 of them had mold in the ceiling. Not enough pool towels, breakfast was not good, since the very coffee was weak and the hot food options were just eggs and sausage that did not taste good. I would not stay here again.

Front desk person named Princess, was completely unaccommodating from the get go.
1) didn’t recognize me when I was the only one that approached the desk on at least 2-3 occasions.
2) would not make change $$
3) laughed at me when I requested a table umbrella for the pool area. Knowing the pool is in 100% sun until at least 5:00 pm.
4) requested assistance for the in room safe, never to be assisted. It was locked when I arrived.
