A great little find!

My wife's first comment when we stepped inside was, 'What a great little find!"
While the interiors are obviously a bit dated (which really only adds to their charm) they are impeccably clean and the tropical landscaping is beautifully maintained.
Communication from the owner, Elaine, was wonderful. Timely, complete and very personal.
Elaine, Chrysie (housekeeping) and Jaime (maintenance) were so helpful, very friendly and genuinely made us feel that our satisfaction was their only priority.
Very highly recommended.

Beautiful place to relax, and to have dinner on the porch.
The Cottages exude calmness and harmony. The staff were excellent, the kitchen had everything one need to cook a nice meal. The AC, TV, Wi-FI worked very well. Comfortable beds. Beach is just 5 min away, and Walgreens , Publix and restaurants are in walking distance.

Very nice cottage, with a kitchen. Pots, pans, plates, knives, silverware all in sufficient quantities. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Rusty Hook restaurant is about 3 blocks away, excellent food there. Two blocks from a great dive shop (South Florida Diving HQ).

The Cottages are certainly in a great, walkable location near dozens of restaurants, shops, fishing pier and beautiful beach. Glad you found our favorite dive shop, about a five-minute walk. Feels like your own cottage by the sea!

Welcome instructions were very clear and comprehensive. Anything you could possibly need comes with the apartment (with the exception of coffee, which we should have thought to bring ourselves). Had a great time!

We are so glad you had a great stay and found everything clean, quiet and comfortable. Vacations should be stress-free and easy. Our top location in the central beach area can't be beat. It's a serene refuge that's just a short walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, fishing pier and live music venues. We would love to see you again on your next visit to South Florida!

There was nothing I didn't like. Mangement is friendly and most helpful, grounds were well kept, easy walk to ocean, clean rooms, and quite neighborhood, and parking just outside yard. I would stay here again!

I loved my stay at the cottages it felt like home. Everything was there so well stocked with everything you needed. Beautifuly decorated. I hope to return again. Kudos to you and all of the staff a beautiful job.
