Overall it’s a nice hotel although my room was surrounded by apartments and a parking garage and basically on US 1 so I heard motorcycles and such throughout the night. The pillows are are the kind that deflate when you put your head down so I had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up with a sore neck.

Property and service was great! Very close to airport, cruise port, dining, and other attractions. Loved my room. Spacious and bed was comfy. However, I do have one small complaint about the cleanliness. There was a used cotton swab on the floor when I came in. Also there were areas by the window where the carpet was soaking wet. Not sure why. There was no smell, and I'm hoping it was because it was being cleaned. I didn't complain because I was only there for one night and everything else was impeccable. I also would like to commend the young lady who worked at the bar/restaurant in the morning/afternoon (I didn't get her name). She was super sweet, professional, and kind. Every interaction I had with her was great. Would definitely come back again!

It's Ok
It's ok, both receptionists were very average, not that interested in helping, just do the job type attitude. My second stay, first time around it was better, also didn't supply voucher for breakfast which is catered for by an outside company and charge high prices with one person on to serve.
