A home away from home
Excellent property!! We love the complimentary courtesy airport shuttle and the complimentary breakfast. We love the full kitchen and separate living room. Shopping and various restaurants available within walking distance. The only hold back was that there’s no bath tub and courtesy shuttle to the cruise port would’ve been nice.

Overall this is a very good hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the room did not have a desk or a work area. The photos show a desk so that is misleading. The service is outstanding. About 1 hours after check in, I received a call from the young lady that checked me in, asking if the room was ok and if I needed anything. That rarely ever happens anymore. Well done! With all of this said, I won't return because it's unacceptable to pay $15 a day to park in a hotel parking lot next to a take out Chinese restaurant . Seriously? Do better Hyatt. My bad for not reading the fine print when booking.

The only problem was the included breakfast. When the time is 6-9:30 and just past 9 there is nothing left, that is unacceptable. Before 9:30 there was not even coffee available.

Just a couple of things that would be great……
Our stay was wonderful! It was very brief, but if we are looking for a hotel, we’ll definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do differently would maybe add an ice machine somewhere because like I said we were there briefly and it wasn’t enough time for our freezer to make ice. The front desk was accommodating. Also, luggage racks would be so helpful in preventing the spread of bed bugs!! I never put luggage on the floor or couch. Definitely don’t want to bring them home if they were there. Instead, we used the kitchen counter— not great but at least there was something not fabric.
