Over my Expectations!

The service on this hotel was above and beyond. Regardless it was under remodeling, they made us feel so welcomed and satisfied. We went straight from the cruise to stayed for the night and take our flight on next day; they checked us in early so we did not have to carry our luggage and wait for so long. The staff were absolutely wonderful!

While the front lobby was under construction, an accessible temporary entrance was available. Restaurants were convenient for walking.

Very Nice room

Checkin was nice and smooth. Friendly staff and beautiful room. Room looks new. Now sure if it was recently renovated but it was nice. Check out was even smoother. Its just a Room Key drop near the elevator in the lobby area.

When showing up early only certain people are allowed to check in . During this reconstruction everyone has to drive around the back of the building and check into a conference room

First time staying at this property very convenient to the airport due to complementary shuttle. Unfortunately, the hotel was being renovated very disorganized Had a makeshift lobby the service was horrible no greeting nobody says hello. . The security guard was sleeping on the chair around 5:30 in the morning. Very unprofessional. Had the breakfast Buffett which was good and convenient

For a Hilton hotel this was a very disappointing location. The carpet surrounding the bed was disgusting. You literally stuck to it. I put socks on, and by the end of the one night visit my socks were nearly black. Gross. The bathroom is in major need of remodeling but basic cleaning would have made it so much better. There were splatters of God knows what on the walls and the room just in general look tired and rough. The hotel is going through renovations and hopefully cleaning and refreshing the rooms is part of that . not worth the price in my opinion
