I woke up to Bedbugs and the GM. that day told me he didnt think it was bedbugs and that it was only A BUG and he didnt think its bedbugs. He hadnt even seen the bugs. He sent someone else who couldnt even work his own phone to take decent photos. I had to google and show them and let them compare. Still no apologies no sympathy. I had to fight for a refund. I will never stay here again. Mr Cary started my experience off great and Mr Ray ruined it.

Quick and efficient service.
Very clean. Great location. Across the street from fast food and restaurants. The shuttle came as soon as we called at 230am. Had me checked in quickly. Happy with our choice. Would stay here again.

Great for one night before a cruise
The room was big and clean. The front desk workers were rude and unhelpful. They seemed perturbed to have to be working at all. Breakfast was good but way too crowded. We couldn’t even sit. The pool and gym are both great! Perfect for one night before a cruise.

The property was fine but the issues getting picked up at the air port by the shuttle and taken to correct Holdat Inn seemed to be quite a challenge. Then when we arrived at the correct Holiday Inn getting checked in was a stressful time. The rooms were not ready for checkin at 3pm and then the staff start asking do you need all the beds you requested and after many times being told the rooms will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After asking when the room will be ready and pointing out the many delays suddenly they had one of the two rooms ready. It took another 30 minutes to get the second room again after suggesting to the staff that did not have any more rooms, suddenly a room was available.

Not worth your money or time
The wait time to check in was well over an hour with only one lady checking people in which cause a long line in the lobby and people all over the place trying to check in! Not enough rooms cleaned in time and just overall poor service from staff. Definitely will not be stay at this hotel ever again in my life.

The property was new and very nice. The lady that checked us in was very nice and very accommodating. However there was a gentleman at the front desk who was very rude to both us checking in and the lady. This was a great turn off.
