Room wasn't ready for check-in as I have a service dog and only allowed on 2nd floor. Tried to charge more of a deposit for said service dog but the man fixed it. I didn't use the facilities or anything so can't speak on that. The elevator rattles but didn't get stuck. the room was clean considering I hate hotels and have a phobia of staying them. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Overall good stay would stay again.

Booked this last minute. I am an IHG member but I was booking everything through Expedia. When we arrived, I asked the CSR for a late check out, and was told that was only for IHG members which I communicated I was, then she said I prepaid so it didn’t matter. I asked to put my IHG number on the reservation and was also told no. Hotel was fine, but communication could be better.
