waste of time dont book lack of communication
Publié le 13 avr. 2021 sur HotelsDidnt end up even staying at the property got there and they said they couldnt find the person who booked the room to me because apparently they are individually rented out. Did nothing to help resolve the issue and was forced to call hotels.com to figure something out. Ended up having to travel to a whole nother city with my part of 5 to find a room because most places were booked already because of spring Break. The Hotel also told us this isnt the first time this has happen with someone booking with them but they couldnt find the person. If this is the case why are you still allowing people to pay for and bookj your place online if you are aware this is going to happen.Hotels.com cant even get noone to answer the phone
