Booked a room with two beds. Description said renovated rooms. When we arrived we’re told that there’s only one room available with one bed. Got to the room which wasn’t renovated. It was disgusting. There was no towels and no toilet paper. There was a bunch of insects and mosquitos inside the room. Very rundown place. Also noticed bed bug bites on skin the next day. Hotel staff couldn’t give us a refund since it was a non refundable booking, which would be fine if we’d actually get the renovated room with 2 beds! I do not recommend this hotel!

At check in they demanded over $100 cash, No cards accepted. Refused to allow us to stay for our previously booked trip. We had to quickly find other accommodations for us and our 2 kids for the night. The hotel looked like a pay-by-the-hour facility and was run like one. Do not book your stay here. Hilton Gardens was not much more expensive, has a better facility and we were welcomed appropriately. You get what you pay for.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and super nice. I had to talk to a couple different people on the phone and they were also very nice and let me know all the information I needed.

We felt like we were staying in a homeless shelter. Sheets were of tge abdolute cheapedt quality that Walmart sell. The king size bed was 2 doubles - they blamed Expedia for not notifying them in time, but I doubt there was a king size bed on the property. There was a huge TV mounted to the wall, but it didn't work, and there was a little TV in front of it. There was not even a glass in the room to hold water to take tablets. Charged US$20 resort fee - there was just a tiny, dirty swimming pool. Drug dealing at bus stop next to hotel. Worse place we have ever stayed.

Ms. Rosemary, Thank you for your feedback; however, we would like to address certain details you have pointed out. First and foremost, we indeed have king bed rooms; otherwise, we would not advertise it. We give the room in which third-party channels provide to us pertaining to one's reservation; thus, we provided you what Expedia notified us. Additionally, any issues with the TV could have simply been notified to us - to which we would have been more than happy to accommodate with. Lastly, yes, we do have a hotel fee of 22.60/night - that is clearly stated to be PART OF YOUR TOTAL when you reserve with us. While other hotels charge separately for parking or wifi, we include all of these amenities with the hotel fee for a mere 22.60 rate. Nonetheless, we value your feedback and appreciate your stay with our hotel. Thank you

I can’t believe this hotel is a 3.5 star hotel. And to call it a suite is unbelievable. There was no hot water for the shower. No plastic cup for the bathroom to use. There is no coffee maker not one plate cup utensil in the room. No ironing board no iron. It has a bed and a bathroom and a TV. There is no nightstand or chair in the room or a place to sit if you wanted to eat. I have over 100 mosquito bites from sitting on the property for literally less than 24 hours. The pool water was absolutely disgusting Chunks of hair were floating in the pool along with other debris. I don’t think the filter was being run on the pool. The pool water was definitely not crystal clear. You had to wait until exactly 4 PM to check in not a minute sooner and quite honestly they were a few minutes late after the 4 PM check-in . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. They charged me additional tax money even though I paid the tax in December. The only positive things that I could say is that the hotel was convenient to walk to places to eat. The woman who did the housekeeping I will say even though she had very limited English was very kind and very thoughtful and she did try to help you as best as she could as far as the people if they were the owners were not kind at all and if they say that this is a fake post it is not it is a real post and I did actually stay there
