Manque de propreté, pas assez de serviettes, rouilles, insectes, clients fumeurs de cannabis, buanderie avec appareils non fonctionnels. Vraiment déçu.

notre chambre est a refaire complètement. Plancher désuet, salle de bain abimée , mal entretenu, peinture complètement défraichie, et patch de trous bouchés partout sur les murs, porte d'entrée de la chambre désuète, bref le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous.

The clientèle that you have…. Yikes… There should be security 24/24. ***you should not promote breakfasts… A basket of apples and some uncooked muffins are not breakfasts.

the phone in the room didn’t work, there’s no breakfast, no water, the pool was dirty, they never came to clean it! it was horrible

First night: the person next door was smoking and making noise until late in the night. Our room had no carpet and the floor was dirty.
