Booked and paid for room in September for a February date, only to be told they did not have a room for us when we arrived. Spent the night in an all night diner. Will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again.

Firstly, the entire building inside is being renovated so the walls and carpet had blotches of paint and there was dust all over. Construction equipment was parked outside taking up parking spaces.The entire area inside and outside the building was dirty and filthy looking. The elevator wasnt working properly as some buttons were broken and it would take a long time to close, so we had to use the elevator in the back of the building. The door to the room had to be forced shut which was a major safety concern. I immediately pointed this out at the front desk and was told by 3 staff members that "all the doors are like that" because of construction. Overall if i could rate this place below a zero i would do that because i dont think a place in that condition should be open to business and definitely not at the rate charged. I honestly think everyone's money should be refunded fully or partially for being subjected to such sub par conditions. Luckily my time there was very limited, but regardless of that it was still a horrible experience. Never again. Even if its for free, its an absolute no for me!

The property was clean, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. {check in and check out. Due to renovations breakfast was lackluster. Fast food restaurants and gas station in walking distance.

I have stayed here before and have always had a great experience but this time they had construction going on in the hotel and the house keeping people barged into my room twice after knocking once as if the room was already checked out and asked me when i was leaving. The bed sheet smelled like stank feet and especially the pillowcases and we have to place a towel over the pillow just to sleep.

Property is old. Very apprehensive when entering property. It looks old and unwelcoming. I understand it’s under renovation but they should at least clean up the lobby or give it a nice bright paint job. Room was decent and roomy but still old. Every room door you pass by has dents on them.

Property failed to notify renovations are being made. Majority of the building is closed down and looks unsafe. Halways are ripped up there is cans of paint everywhere. Breakfast is inconvenient as it’s not where it usually is. The doors are hard to get open in case of an emergency you could be stuck. Property should have given the option to cancel and/or transferred to a different hotel during the renovations.
