Great house but not entirely accurate
Publié le 19 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe only complaint I have is that they advertise the house as having a dock for a boat and even when I communicated with the owner they said we can have a boat pull up to the dock. They also referred me to a boat company they supposedly work with that will give me a discount. Well the discount was only $10 for a $650 booking, and I found out after booking the charter that the boat in fact cannot pull up to the house dock because all of the bridges around the house are too low for a boat to get to the house. This definitely impeded on my plans because it was my husbands birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a boat pulling up to the backyard of the house. This was a major deciding factor as to why I even booked this house. Other than that, the house was beautiful and spotless. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard view of the water channels is very serene. The host was very communicative and accommodating to all of my requests which I highly appreciated. I chalked up the boat situation to a misunderstanding but even reading back at our messages he does state the boat can in fact go to the house. As long as you don’t have expectations for using the dock, the house is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Home

Easy in and out and great communication and check-ins during our stay with the property manager. Great for kids and plenty of open space. Next time in Lauderdale, same place!

Wonderful rental home (Exceeds expectations!)

There was no occasion to miss anything, because the home owner has thought of almost everything. We absolutely can recommend to rent it as it feels like a real home the first moment you arrive there. Great communication and pleasant welcome message included.

Taylor Swift

The house was beautiful and so clean as well as comfortable!!

My first visit to Florida

The fenced side yard with slides and swings was a perfect little escape for my grandbabies. The open floor plan of the house gave us so much space, yet we were still all together. All of the beds are very comfortable. The outside pool, patio, and bbq area couldn't be any better! There is nothing about this property that makes you want to look for another, make this one your vacation spot.
The owner responded immediately any time I had a question. His property manager was one of the kindest people we have ever met. Their cleaning staff were also really kind and sweet!!
