Publié le 26 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayI rent homes at least 2 or 3 times a year. It is very important to have to a "local contact person". Emailing to someone out of the country is not an effective way to communicate when you need to speak with someone. Our air went out(heat index of 105 in Florida) and I requested a phone call but was not given that option. We stayed our last day and night with the air going in and out. After I complained about the air, I receive a charge for stained towels 2 days after my stay. Only when I demanded someone call me about the air, they charge me $156.00 for dirty towels that they claimed were stained. It's been 5 days and I still have not received a phone call.

Family Trip

We would definitely come back and I highly recommend to all, especially families!

Not a good experience at all
Publié le 2 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayPoor communication with management company and had more than 80 text messages for issues with the home for my 3 day stay there with little resolution. No info guide as to how things worked. While the property is nice, it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with all the challenges and they didn’t make it right to my satisfaction. Find another property.
