Très peu de commodités fournis dans le condo (beau en photos et c’est tout). Balcon hyper bruyant (rien de relaxant là). Stationnement valet « obligatoire » et coûteux. 42 étages…. Ça fait du monde. seulement 3 ascenseurs fonctionnaient. Attente à chaque fois (5 à 10 min). Considérant le prix demandé, je j’y retournerai jamais.

L’emplacement de l’établissement était parfait et la vue de la chambre également. Par contre la Propreté laissait à désirer pour une chambre de ce prix. Le balcon était malpropre. L’attente aux ascenseurs était interminable.

That being said, please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room and on the balcony. We have discussed your comments with our housekeeping department to make sure that this does not happen again. We are also sorry for issues with our elevators being slow at times during your stay. Our engineering team is checking that the elevators are functioning properly, however, during our busiest times when many guests and families are visiting our resort the elevators can become overburdened. Restez loin de cet hotel. Personnel de gestion arrogant, problème avec les ascenseurs (au moins 20 minutes d’attente pour avoir un ascenseur) chambre malpropre ( pas nettoyé, poils sur le sol et pas de taie d’oreillers) Honnêtement, nous sommes des voyageurs platinum d’expedia, plus de 45 nuits juste cette année et jamais j’ai du démolir un établissement de la sorte. Terrible experience pour le prix.

aimé: propreté partout (chambre-lobby-restaurant-piscine) décevant: check in retardé manque de serviettes et autres commodités à tous les jours ds notre chambre frais journalier important pour la plage sans pouvoir en profiter frais élevé pour le stationnement
