I booked Scott’s rental as a 4-day stay for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. The property is located on a tranquil street, and in a good neighborhood. We arrived at a clean, cozy home where a family of ducks greeted us. There was no apparent sign of trash and the home was well decorated. We were a bit deterred to discover that the property did not have either a hot tub or pool as it was listed as an amenity when booking. Though Scott did try to accommodate us by offering to pay for us to visit nearby community pools, this was still misleading and changed our itinerary quite a bit. Overall, Scott showed us AMAZING hospitality- he was easy to get in contact with, bought us pizza, chocolates, and wine, and even provided us with bottled water. If you are looking for a nice getaway with an awesome host located in a secure home and close to the beach - book with Scott.

Celebration for 2 friends birthdays. Place very cozy, clean and updated. Scott our host was remarkable. Address any and every concerns or went beyond to gather things to do to make our stay worry free! Will rent again.

Just three days before our travel start date, our group found out that our previous reservation was double booked. So, I started looking for other properties and I am glad we came across this property. I had too many questions and Scott responded very fast even though it was late at night/early morning (ex., 12:30 AM,6 AM). Scott was in constant touch through whatzapp with us during check-in date as our flight got delayed (due to weather) and made our check-in process very smooth. The items at home helped us to avoid going out for grocery purchase late at night. Mattresses were super comfortable and everyone had a good sleep. Location is 15 min away from FLL airport. Though we booked the property just two days before the start of our trip, Scott went above and beyond to find good deals to book two SUVs (as per the listing, free economy car is part of package only if booked 3-5 days in advance). I can’t imagine someone working for 2 hours closely with me on finding good deals for car rental and suggesting which one will work better for us (considering our late-night arrival and members of our group arriving at Miami as well as FLL airport). He gave good recommendation on best places to eat (few in our group being vegetarians). During our entire stay, not just questions within the house, he was able to answer any questions on tourist spots and was reachable at any time. At end, Scott became our Go-To person :-). We recommend this property due to excellent service by Scott, comfortable stay at home and proximity to beaches and airport. For sure, I will stay at this place if I come to Miami/Fort Lauderdale in future.
