Contemporary Waterfront Retreat is a sunny and open 1,850+ sq ft house located in a quiet neighborhood on a canal that leads directly to the ocean. Offered for small families or a group of up to 6 friends, this is a favorite of those looking for rest and recreation in an idyllic tropical setting that is soothing and memorable.

The Space:
Cozy and relaxed, the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are professionally decorated in contemporary style and provide a setting perfect to enjoy good times with good people. Lavish architectural touches add luxury, including crown molding throughout, designer fixtures, and granite countertops. Living room, master bedroom, and kitchen are floored with beautiful travertine tile.

Master bedroom is spacious and airy, with a stunning master bath and slider that opens to the backyard pool area. All bedrooms include a flatscreen television, attractive décor, and abundant sunlight. The living room has its own large flatscreen TV and enough seating for everyone to enjoy the show. Wireless Internet is included.

Guest Access:
The paved backyard is snug and includes a gorgeous pool with wading area, manicured lawn, and attractive palms and décor. Shaded seating and grill area make an inviting center for entertaining outdoors – sunsets and early twilight are a magical time of lingering warmth and soothing breezes. Sunnyside Getaway
The Lighthouse Point home was in a great location - close to restaurants, stores and the beach. The canal setting and pool allowed for a most relaxing time for our family. It was easy to find, has a full kitchen (with plenty dishes/utensils/pots and pans), linens and bedding were good. The master bath is quite large & lovely. Air conditioning worked great as it was almost 100 degrees every day. If you're staying for more than a long weekend, may want to bring your own basics for cooking & cleaning. I couldn't find on the website - but the beds include: a king, a queen, and 2 singles. A nice place to return to.

I woukd definitely say again . The house was cozy and modern. The beach is a 4 minute car drive and stores are just a walk away. It it's located in a cute neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and coffee maker.

Almost perfect
The location and the property were perfect! However, I have to admit the home could use a little bit of TLC for it to get five star rating. The dishwasher didn't quite work right and was very loose. A few outlets were broken. A couple doorknobs were not secured. The first morning we were there we woke up and it was 80°!! when we checked in there was a water leak. There were no washcloths... So a lot of little things that didn't ruin our trip at all but kept it from being absolutely perfect!!

The house is in an amazing location with plenty of shops a short drive away. Having three bedrooms and three full baths was a plus for a family with two teen girls. No need to argue over who gets the mirror ;-)

Excellent get away place. Two cons: - beds too soft, “sinking”, needs a replacement in my opinion - electronic shower control center malfunctions at times But do not let it prevent you from staying there. Great property , will be back -

Peaceful and private retreat
I highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. The dock on the canal is the perfect spots for a morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub larger than expected. The master suit is HUGE and all linens are of fine quality. The full size washer and dryer were a welcome amenity. The kitchen was well equipped. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining with a beautiful view of the canal through the 3 large sets of garden doors. The location of Deerfield Beach isn't as nice as some of the surrounding areas like Coconut Creek or Boca Raton but the neighborhood did not feel unsafe. I would absolutely stay here again and indeed very much hope to.

The property was just as shown in pictures. There were two issues that concerned us. 1) The shower in the master bathroom was terrible. We didn't know how to use it. All the water would come out at the same time, temperature went from cold to hot. We had to call property manager to help. He tried to fix it. 2) The bed in the master bedroom was very dangerous. There were points in the corners that stuck out, it was difficult to get in and out of.

It was a very good stay. Loved coffee at the dock!!
The house was great! Our only Complaints are the master shower (stays too hot) and the king mattress is very bad. Our back was in bad shape! The kitchen is very under equipped, hard to cook there. But everything else was wonderful! Great laundry, dock and backyard wonderful!

Family Vacation
Well if we could give 10 stars, we sure would! This home was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, fishing off our own dock ( I caught a crab!), the perfect location, close to everything, including the beach! Fred was our property manager and he was amazing! Responded within minutes and we even extend our stay an extra night! If you're considering, stop and book it...and thank me later! We'll be back irenta!

Hot tub was working the day we arrived and then stopped working. Called the property manager and he told me he would send someone over. Guy showed up and cleaned the pool but the problem was never resolved. Entrance is kind of sad with a curtain in the front door. Place was just ok.
