Booked, paid, received code to house, but house was unavailable!
Publié le 2 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWatch when booking houses as apparently Vacasa list rentals through VRBO. We booked this house months ago, paid, received confirmation and code night before.
Drove 17 hours only to find our house was not available. Vacasa reimbursed us, but would not comp anything to help with extra expenses occurred to find a place for 5 people.
We ended up finding a place that had three rooms left but spent an additional $600 not to mention not having the amenities and parking available was less than ideal.
We still had a great vacation, but will watch when booking anything through VRBO again to be sure it’s NOT a Vacasa rental.

Annual golf trip from the north

Great location for young or old everything is within walking distance beach, shops and entertainment. On site parking was a blessing and kept expenses down. Plenty of space in the backyard to store SUP and bikes. We'd love to stay here again!

Nice Place

Nice modern bathrooms. Great balcony. Patio.
Unusable umbrella on patio table. Poor communication with host company initially. No response to questions. Wrong info given when I phoned.
