Great place, great service...as advertised!
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very happy with every aspect of our stay. It was nice, clean, near the beach and had all the amenities we had seen and wanted. The staff went above in beyond in helping us retrieve something we had left at the property which was much appreciated. Very hospitable, great location and very happy. Would use this location and other properties by the same management team in the area again in the future. Very happy.

Deceptive listing
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayA/C was set to only go to 70, not allowed to go lower…which would’ve been fine if the fan in the living room worked but it didn’t, so it was very warm. Furniture in the living room was not as pictured, instead it was a very hot fabric. Listed as a 5 bedroom but the one room is a sunroom and had no air at all. Couldn’t be slept in so left us short beds.TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work or had no cable/apps. TV in living room was complex to use. Driveway was on a main road and the neighbor was redoing his driveway so we had difficulty pulling out. Cameras pointed at the hot tub on the back, seemed invasive. Not enough towels and no wash clothes, no dish rags. Check out asks you to clean and launder towels with a $325 cleaning fee. No broom to sweep up floors. Floors were uneven on stepping down onto the balcony, caused two of us to trip. Not a family friendly spot. We had a guy come into the fence one night and we scared him off, seemed sketchy. Overall, not worth the amount paid to stay there. Definitely needs updated.

Wow, what absolute lies on top of lies. For starters, i have never had anyone cry so much during a stay as u! AC is set to 70F because anything lower it freezes it, want colder, go to Alaska! The fan, all u had to do is flip the switch to turn it on, u never asked how! Furniture is new and all tvs work just fine. They were all on when u arrived. Driveway yes is on a main, and no, neighbor is NOT redoing his driveway again, a lie! Cameras are there and fully disclosed, there are plenty of towels, 15 bath towels and 15 pool/beach PLUS a washer and dryer. Check out procedures are there and never a complaint for rational guests. You on the other hand left stained towels, stuffed over 30 hard tea empty cans in the bedroom nightstand drawers, left the floors very dirty and house smelling like a dump. You have low living skills and yet you want to come and discredit a perfectly rated home? Please!

Fantastic Location and Amenities

The property manager met us on our first day and assured all of our questions were answered which was wonderful hospitality. If we had any questions, a prompty response was recieved. The beach is only 2 blocks away and very clean. Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful and close to the beach

We reached out to the property manager a few times during the trip for recommendations and other things and he responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this house for future stays.

Amazing Stay

Exceeded ALL expectations

Both expeditiously responded to our pre-visit questions and requests and during our stay. Sebastian checking was the most thorough we ever experienced during VRBO stays over last 5 yrs. Any questions that arose during our visit Sebastian responded very quickly. The property location was super. 2 blocks from beautiful beach, near shopping and restaurants. This property was well maintained by the hosts. Everything you'd expect was provided. The house was immaculately clean. In short, we'd return to this property on next trip to FT Lauderdale.
