Modern, 1 bedroom Condo with all the upgrades! High end mattresses on the 2 BEDS and full sized SLEEPER SOFA. Smart TV s in both living room & bedroom. HUGE kitchen, with full sized appliances, including a dishwasher! Everything you need to cook! Grossly misrepresented
Didn’t stay! I left after a very unprofessional conversation with the manager. The place was old and grimy, hot water handle was broken in the kitchen-consequently no hot water to wash dishes, sink was clogged and backing up. The whole experience was very disappointing, especially for the cost!

I stayed with my family on our first vacation to Florida and we all really enjoyed it. Very pleasant stay and interior is beautiful for the price. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach which is very nice. A very good option if you want to have guests over. Only critiques are the bathroom sink is slow in draining the water, the bathroom towels felt old, the bathroom does not have a lock, and some of the plates/bowls are chipped. However this did not hinder our experience by much. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again in the future.

Just what we needed
I wish I stayed longer. My friend and I only stayed the night, but it was just what we needed...a clean, safe quiet place to shower and rest. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great area/location, pool, etc. Host was quick to response and helpful. Recommended!

Lived in the city my whole life (New York) and needed a nice peaceful and quiet place to get away for my first ever vacation, so I decided to check out Florida. This place was a dream come true. Possibly the best 7 days of my life and was so much better then what I expected. The rental was for me and 4 other family members and there was plenty of space to accommodate us in the unit. Everything was so clean, organized, modern and comfortable. My favorite part was the pool, absolutely loved the pool. The beach was pretty awesome too and was conveniently a two minute walk away from the building. The stay was so worth it, and I'm looking forward to renting at the same location for my next vacation. Everything from beginning to end was smooth. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a really awesome place to stay at. ⭐10/10⭐ Thank you so much -Diego

One Block to the Beach
Another Great winter at Deidra’s Place. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for the winter. My unit was spacious, very clean, well stocked and lots of great neighbors. Deidra was always so attentive in case I had any issues or needs. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you again Deidra.. I had a wonderful visit.

Perfect condo
Great location and nicely renovated condo! The pool was so relaxing and we loved sitting on the chairs outside our door. Very friendly neighbors and guests. The new living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great location for walking to restaurants and beach. Closet was stocked with beach stuff and rafts for the pool. Bedroom had a huge closet and the living room / kitchen was very spacious. Very responsive host! We will definitely be back.

The condo was great. Very clean, with lots of beach towels to use. A very quite neighborhood. The pool was great, as we got to meet some of the other folks who were staying there. A nice stroll along the promenade to the restaurants for dinner made for a relaxing evening.

Amazing Location!
This is our second stay at this apartment and we will be back. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay by the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The pool is also clean, cool and never crowded. We love it!

IT’S PARADISE
I loved my stay at Deerfield Beach. My unit was very clean, had everything I needed for my 2 month stay and was one block to the beach and just steps to the waterway neighborhood park. Deidra was so easy to work with. She was always asking if I needed anything and how my vacation was going. I felt very comfortable and felt like I could call her for anything.
