The pool need serious attention around the edges where the the tiles are half off and the black mold is really bad under there. The birds like to come and play in the water and poop in and around the pool

Thanks for your review. However, I noticed all your comments are negative and not a single positive comments for a 3 star review.. There were several things you liked.
I sent your comments to the hotel management and this is their answer:
Our maintenance team is currently assessing the situation and will take the necessary measures to have any deficiencies addressed at the pool. The hotel is aware of some surface scraps and have secured a contract who will be on property 1/6/25 to provide a quote for repairs.
As for the birds, we have taken measures to mitigate the situation, including spikes and non-lethal bird deterrents. We are monitoring the effectiveness of these actions and will continue to explore additional solutions if necessary. Based on a company whom we have spoken to just last week, they recommended alternating different deterrents as the birds do adapt to whatever treatment is used.

Fabulous Stay at the Atlantic
Publié le 10 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your unit. The ocean view balcony on a high floor is fabulous. The room is nicely appointed with all that you need for your stay. The kitchennette is fully equiped to cook what you want or to re-heat what you order in. The restaurant in the hotel serves great food and the staff there and in the rooftop pool is friendly and attentive. If, location is everything, then this is the ideal hotel to stay at. Oceanfront, close enough to walk to the popular bars, but far enough to be quieter. There is also a nice bakery on the block behind the hotel that I strongly recomend for coffee and unique baked goods. Thanks!

Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was as advertised. Quick and easy check in process. Great location with a great view. The restaurant downstairs was amazing as well (breakfast - dinner). The location is walking distance to a lot of other great food spots on the beach as well. Would stay there again.
