The first room I was in did not have air and it was very hot all night and morning. They did switch my room by midday the next day.

Posted Jun. 12, 2024 on HotelsI would not recommend. The rooms have somewhat updated furniture but the buildings have not been updated. The AC is as loud as a rock band and won’t cool the room. Very rude at the front desk and NOT CLEAN. They wanted either IDs for my under the age of ten children or all their information. NO! We felt very unsafe and not at all welcome. The pictures look so much better than the actual motel. Not a hotel resort at all. I was not able to get a refund which should have been my first reg flag and I guess they would have to give out refunds to everyone who shows up because it is a “get there and turn around” type of place.

Sorry, our hotel requires all adult ID, for children with no Id, then names and ages are required but we have to have ID on all guest staying on the property in the case of a medical emergence the Fire department /Police can access. also, we have a Pool that is 8ft deep and we are required to monitor any minors in pool area. This information is required so all our guest can have a safe and wonderful stay, If your AC was not working, we would be more than happy to give another room. But no issues were brought to Management attention

The owner or manager is watching your every move via cameras. Had the employee knock on our door at midnight because we forgot a box of closed potato chips bags on the table under the tiki hut.. asked to change to another room for 2 beds since i had 2 extra people and was willing to pay the difference but they wanted to charge $746 more.. constantly walking around and checking what we were doing. Never staying there again. We had 7 rooms

No one is free to observe every room. You had about 15 adults and children and food and trash all over the common seating area, no other guests could use any of the common areas all day. Per health dept no food or alcohol can be left unattended in common areas. As your group moved away, and went in their rooms, and front desk was removing the trash, they saw all your food left out and asked you to kindly take it in your room as it was close to 11 pm. Otherwise per health code it would all be put in the trash.
