HORRIBLE HOTEL
If i can select 0 stars that will be the one, the front desk is a bunch of non educated fron desk personnel they wait for you to talk in the morning no good morning nothing, the rooms are horrible and the surrounding area of the hotel has a bunch of homless people hanging out in the parking lot, the pictures are edited online amd dosent look like nothing like the photos

It was nasty. The first room I was in didn’t have a TV the table where the TV sits on was warped telephone didn’t work and it smelled like mold. The second room they moved me to phone also didn’t work had a joining rooms and they were noisy. TV turned on, but didn’t work and also stunk very ratchet

AARP should not be letting members book this property. Dark and dingy, lots of people seemingly just hanging around, both inside and out. Room keys did not work, room entry door seemed to have previously pried open...broken trim around the door frame. We returned keys to front desk and left, booked something else a few miles away.

Expedia doesnt provide accurate information about this location. Staff was very friendly and nice. There was a weird smell in the halls. The doors look rundown. when we head to our room, elevators were broken, the room was soo dirty, we saw 2 roaches walking on the wall in the bathroom and near the bed. And then lights werent working. After 15 mins being there, we went downstairs and asked for a refund. The rep was very understanding and very helpful on the situation .

This property is nothing like the description online. We had no furniture in our room besides a bed and a television stand. The television itself was blurry. Only one light worked. There were holes in the walls and writing on them. Only one of four elevators worked and the one that did was scary to say the least. There is almost no water pressure in the shower. The entire first floor smells of mold. The common area to get ice looks like someone started demolition and gave up partway through.
