The people next to us were loud every night. We had to get security teach night. The place was dirty when we got there. Had to get the air conditioning people up two days. The safe was locked when we got there. Had to have someone up to unclog the sink. Overall this unit was presented to us wrong. We called before arriving and were told it had a stove and dishwasher and it didn”t

When renting property thru expedia i thought would be hassle free.when checking in couldnt find resv. Also renting thru owner we had to pay for lounge chairs and unbrella at beach . My wife went to front desk for a wash cloth and said we had to go thru rental company ...just went to walmart and bought one

This property is a crap hole with 2 elevators for 30 floors! The property makes you sign an agreement that they will not clean your room throughout your stay (not like it was clean to begin with) DO NOT BOOK HERE! THE PICS ARE EXTREMELY DECEIVING!

Hi Yousef, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The elevator is a known issue and it is the way the building was built. The management is trying to see ways around it but we still appreciate your feedback. We weren’t notified that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. We could have corrected it if you had told us about it during your stay. Thank you once again for the feedback.

We enjoyed the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and pool area. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Our room was perfect for our family
