I elevator nexts the door fixed, but like that there are snacks to buy, the gift shop is awesome. Breakfast could be better.

I liked that they had free shuttles to airport and cruise terminals and also free breakfast

Staff were friendly and attentive. Room is nice. Bed comfortable. Hope the breakfast is good.

Close to airport and cruise port shopping areas was close but the hotel is outdated. I don't mind staying again tho it was old but clean. The microwave and fridge was a plus keep that up

I just wish i was told about the 2 separate rods for the blackout curtains The light's around the pool are extremely bright

Third time staying here. All was great except the lady at the desk who had the personality of a gnat. More worried about her exceptionally long eyelashes than her customers.

Friendly staff, room was clean and bathroom looked updated recently, pool was nice, shuttles were on time. Highly recommend, will stay here again!
