The beautiful and newly renovated apartments and studios at Sunset Shores Apartments are the perfect getaway in the optimum location just few blocks away from the beach, fine dining and all the action of Pompano Beach.
The apartments and studios have a minimalistic design with a unique distribution and comfort, plus all the necessary amenities including a full kitchen that will guarantee the experience of your life.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This apartment is at the first floor. It has 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom for 2 guests and 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room for 2 guest.
1 full bathroom is located outside of the master bedroom.

* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* LAUNDRY ROOM (COMMON AREA) from 4pm to 9am.

Nice month long stay
We spent the month of March at Sunset Shores. We had a one bedroom apartment which was comfortable. The place has minimalist decor but comes fully loaded. A nice size kitchen with fridge, stove and all the necessary items you would need to prepare and eat a meal. There was a queen size bed which was comfortable but very low to the floor which made it somewhat difficult to get out of. We met so many nice people around the pool every day however the pool deck had 4 lounge chairs 2 chairs and a broken umbrella. They need to work on that. As others have stated we were in walking distance to the beach, several restaurants and the pier.

Good and bad
The good part: It's close to the beach. It's nicely renovated. The pool is nice if a bit chilly! The bad news: There is no dresser in the bedroom. There is a couch in the living room and no other chair unless you take the chair from the bedroom. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a one month stay. The management did not respond to requests for help or did so many days after the request. It's nice for a short stay but if you're coming longer, bring a mop, a broom, a dustpan, a dish pan, kitchen towels, cleansers, coffee mugs. Also half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The only on-sight manager, a sweet woman, didn't speak English. So come for a few days or come well-equipped.

Overall Good
Good location that’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Great a/c. They’ve done a nice job updating. I am giving a 5 star review overall, but want to note a couple of opportunities for improvement: (1) a new higher flow shower head (current is old and very low flow) (2) Purchase pots and pans for the kitchen. No use in a stove if there aren’t any pots/pans to cook with! (3) Pool was very cold, but maybe that’s the time of year…
