Résidence sans service sur place. Facilité pour obtenir la chambre avec porte codée. Stationnement sur place. Problème au niveau du ménage ( salle de bain non nettoyé à notre arrivée avec vieille serviette et barre de savon usagé dans la douche, plancher collant et traces de pieds sur les murs!). Bonne situation à pied de la mer et de restaurants. Coffre-fort non opérationnel car fermé. Une barre de savon pour 2 personnes...

Great hotel for a short stay

Great Pool and comfortable bed.

It was great , I liked how it was cleaned and and the room suited me well . I didn’t like how cold the room was and I couldn’t fix it other than that it was great.

The property was very nice. Pool was cleaned while I was there and appears very well taken care of. There’s a kitchen with full size stove and fridge. Glasses, some pans, and silverware provided. The floors were a little sticky and the area rug needed replacing (Or a trip the dry cleaners). Overall, I would return biggest down side was I would of liked the floors to be cleaner. Additionally, parking was confusing on arrival but, the office cleared it up for me with a five minute phone call.

Double booked
Publié le 18 mars 2020 sur HotelsThere is no reception and you don't get the check in details until the day you arrive. You are expected to ring a US number which costs a fortune with a European phone. We received a text and email saying that they were double booked and we had to move to another apartment which also had no reception and so we had to go to a third hotel to get keys. It took an hour an extra from our day and the replacement apartment was further from the bars and restaurants.

Stay away from Sibi hotel

I called my CC company and the company told me that SiBi beach hotel did not properly charge my card and therefore the company did not approve the transaction. The property put $0 charge on the card. I tried contacting the property via email and phone with no response. The property ph # is a private cell phone , which i left multiple messages. I also tried contacting hotels.com but unsuccessful because their system was having issues. I was traveling all day with my family and it was very stressful to get to fort Lauderdale with no place to stay... I unfortunately have to cancel my CC since they have my info, i didnt want this sketchy place running my credit card in the future . Don't risk it, and stay way from this property a
