The property was nice and staff were friendly and accommodating, but there arent very many places to eat within close walking distance and the "free hot breakfast" at the hotel was waffles or toast, so it was a bit lacking to say the least.

I was extremely disappointed. I had a stay of 2.5 weeks here, and for the first 10 days the pool wasn't even available for use. I'm in South Florida, i want a pool. Not to mention they didn't tell me about the pool upon check-in. Olga, the housekeeper was an angel, so were most of the staff. But the pool thing really upset me. Another woman, literally just minutes ago,, requested a refund and said she won't stay here.

My gripe is with Expedia since when customers can’t speak to a live agent. I was refused a live agent at Expedia and then lied to because someone from Expedia called the hotel I will never book with EXPEDIA AGAIN AND I WILL POST IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA GO DIRECT TO HELL

I first thought that it was a nice property, but many of the amenities were unavailable which was not mentioned on the website when I booked the hotel. The ice machine on the first floor was broken so we had to use the one on the third floor, which was inconvenient for my handicapped father. Our toilet was cracked and I notified the front desk the first night and no one ever came to look at it. It was still leaking when we left 2 days later. Beware that they do not clean the rooms daily, or even every other day. I was told by the front desk that they clean every 3 days, if I had known that I would not have booked the room. The breakfast provided was very basic, nothing tasted good. The hotel needs to provide better service for its guests. I will not stay here again.

We arrived late from our flight but the front desk took care of us, and recommended us some late night food spots and we definitely took a short walk, and had a great experience in Fort lauderdale. Woohoo. Property and rooms was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Team

Super fast and easy check in, and check out. Great parking space. great location, tons of stores and gas stations, and Airport nearby, but zone is quiet for resting and also walkable.

A lady named Molly picked up fight with me over spoiled milk. She preferred to argue with me instead of trying to solve my concerns. Another server was very rude and coarse to me as well for the same reason. It was a terrible experience. Not good.
