The electrical outlet near kitchen supplies didn't work. It was loose and could be moved back and forth.
In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall.
The door handle on entry had been replaced but with the smaller cheaper handle, it made it look junky.
I could go with the "cheap" construction but this was the worst of it.
The bathroom needed to be cleaner, the wall beside the toilet needed a wash and there was dirt in the corners on the floor
Things we enjoyed - location, beds were comfy and clean.

Great location but the unit has a lot of wear--No hot water

Cracked and loose floor tile, minor mold along window seals and bathroom shower corners, drywall holes and patches. No hot water---had to ask to use the shower in a different unit. Stayed four nights and got one shower in. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and small appliances. Lots of plates and just one bowl. I made requests from two different people and both said they get someone to drop a coupe more off. We ended up using coffee mugs for cereal. The hosts were friendly and answered my text messages and phone calls.

Beach getaway!

No utensils were available in the room, or wine glasses, which I would have expected at that price point, but otherwise the location can’t be beat and the beds and space were quite comfortable.
