Short weekend stay
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI’ll first start by saying the property and room size/finishes, location and views are beautiful on ocean front side. That’s mostly why we booked. However that is the ONLY good thing.
1. Check in process - TERRIBLE. Terrible CX, no one knows how to communicate, or set right expectations.
2. Expect to pay additional fees that are hidden in fine print of this listing. $35 for valet parking a day, $40 a night for resort fees to use amenities. Can’t use before checkin or after check out .
3. Our unit specifically had been empty for 2 days prior to our arrival and we arrived at the resort at 12 hoping to be able to at least use amenities - it was pouring down rain, no big deal we found somewhere to eat and walked back in pouring rain, kids were freezing it was 1 hour before check in and they refused to allow us in early. Eve k though unit had been empty for 3 days? Said house keeping could t get there due to hurricane which didn’t hit this area so that doesn’t make sense. Anyways we sat in the lobby for an hour waiting u til 4pm on the dot.
4. Drinks are insanely expensive $21 for a regular margarita/ but $6 on HH 5-8. ??? Makes sense
5. Now the room. Room was filthy. Refrigerator nasty, filthy dishes, towels and bedding didn’t look or feel fresh.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS
Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property looks just like the picures! AMAZING VIEWS! Beach access so convenient. So, I feel I need to say a couple of things... It sleeps 8 but only 4 coffee cups and glass cups? No beach towels, you do get a pass for 4, just had 8 people. NO dish towels or cloths. Hard to wipe the counter top/table. The beach chairs-3, 2 were broken. 1 we left for the trash, the bottom was ripped out, unable to sit at all.

Good location, good facilities, otherwise below average

Incredible Views, Fantastic Property and Host!!!

The patio furniture is top of the line and very comfortable. The light colored wood tile on the balcony invites you to your outdoor oasis. And of course, the balcony is never ending as it wraps around the unit giving you various sunset and sunrise views!
The bedrooms and beds are extremely comfortable. So much attention to detail down to the placement of the beds insuring you only see ocean views from them.
We even loved the neutral color palette that felt peaceful and relaxing! The grounds are great too as we really enjoyed our own cabana tent and chairs just steps away from the ocean.
Kevin's place is a dream and we can't wait to go back!
