The property is in a convenient location, clean, and appears safe. The rooms are nice, although I would have preferred two queen beds. Parking is expensive, and there is no choice but to have valet, so an additional tip is also needed. The beach is across the street. I was not pleased to hear there was a charge for beach umbrellas. All should be included in the price.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. However, the website has no information whatsoever concerning parking. Upon arrival, we were informed that they only offer valet parking. Therefore, we allowed them to park our car. The following day I went to the valet desk to have them retrieve my car, and noticed a sign that stated valet parking was $55 per night. Not only is this information not included on the website, the staff did not mention a word about it. In my opinion, if someone is paying $300 per night, the valet parking should definitely be included, if that is the only option. In addition, our stay, was due to having to evacuate from hurricane Milton, and I feel that better accommodations could have been made for those who could not necessarily afford $300 a night or $55 a night for parking.
