We were notified the toilet was broken right before our arrival. We called anyway because the primary toilet and sink were both broken. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink doesn’t drain. Then we found the balcony door lock was completely broken. It wouldn’t lock and it looks like this had been going on for quite sometime.
When we called, we got the answer of maintenance will be out first thing in the morning. Maintenance never came. We called again, we were told all requests take 48 to get fixed, but they KNEW it was broken before we came. I have no faith they ever intended to fix it. Our condo has two bathrooms which is why I don’t think they care.
So, if the main bathroom and sink hadn’t been broken with no one really caring to fix it because it wasn’t an emergency, I mean I paid for two beds and two bathrooms, then I would probably have stayed here again. With the lack of actually fixing anything, I probably would choose a different property. They said all the condos were full so they couldn’t even move us to a different room.
Sure they communicated about the property and how everything worked and it was seamless checking in, not sure having half of the things we paid for is worth that with no offers of compensation.
