This secluded neighborhood, just a few minute's walk to the beach, more than 40 different varieties of restaurants to choose from, childrens park, basketball, massage Spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware stores, groceries, drug stores, etc. all walking distance from the house

House fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, outdoor gas BBQ. The large pool patio and the backyard is perfect for sunbathing which is fully privately gated, there is an outdoor patio dining table, lounge chairs, a perfect beach house vacation home that is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

All of our homes are fully equipped for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers providing a crib, changing pads, breast feeding pillow, Bjorn bibs and Bjorn potty training seat and a playpen so baby can be secure, books, toys and a little little kids bike.

This home is next door​ to our other VRBO home www.vrbo.com/1600578 which has been great for large families since each home can not exceed more than 10 people on the property at all times.

All homes are set up perfectly for families and for any travelers looking for the feeling of walking into your own private home. We provide beach chairs, however, if you want the luxury touch of Beach Lounge Chairs and Large Beach Umbrella you can Rent them on the Beach ….chair rental 10:00 am to 5:00 pm yes they accept credit cards.

Amazing!
I have stayed in a lot of properties in LBTS this was by far our favorite. Clean, comfy beds, heated pool, very well stocked kitchen…and the owner was so accommodating and always in touch. My son left his charger and she gladly shipped to us. We will be back!!!

Great Spot in Lauderdale by the Sea
Enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is fantastic and the Lauderdale by the Sea community is awesome. Walkable and plenty pf parking options if the walk is too far. The swimming pool was nice after a day at the beach or fishing. The beach items were a nice touch and made our visit to the beach perfect. Would book again.

Perfect!
This home’s location is absolutely perfect for enjoying vacation. Walking distance to ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants and beach. No need to worry about finding parking. Nice family friendly night life on Commercial Ave and by the beach. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels and everything a family might need to have on hand. This was our second stay with this host and she went out of way both times to ensure our stay was just right. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. :)

Our favorite family vacation
The house has everything you need especially if you have children that are young, the host even had breast-feeding pillows, it made it easy for me with my newborn. The house is clean. The location is conveniently located pretty much everything is walking distance, including lots of restaurants bakeries and the beach. The host was extremely responsive and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will make this our annual vacation home because we loved it that much. Yes highly recommend !

Great Thanksgiving stay
We really enjoyed this house. It has everything you need - tons of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We love this location and have rented several houses over the years within a couple blocks. Easy walk to the beach and the strip of restaurants and shops. Though slightly farther, we also walk to Publix. Heated pool is definitely nice to have in the fall and winter. Owner was very helpful.

Great Stay in LBTS (Nov 2023)
We had a great stay at this home in Lauderdale by the Sea. The house was great for our family of four. We expected to use all three bedrooms, but there was a crib for our two year old in a room adjacent to the master bedroom which was extremely convenient. There was also a pack & play and stroller available. The house had toys and books to keep our 2 & 4 year olds entertained. For the beach - there were several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything. The walk to the beach isn't too long for adults, but young children will likely struggle when they're tired. The pool was cleaned at the beginning the week and remained clean for the duration of the stay. There are pool noodles and puddle jumpers available. In early November, the pool area is nearly full sun, until 3pm or so as shade starts to move in. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, china, and cooking utensils, as well as some spices/salt/sugar/cooking oil. I'd head to the house first before going grocery shopping so you don't buy something that's already there. We used the drip coffee maker every day. The grill was clean and easy to use, with a spare tank in the shed just in case. Overall, we had a great stay at this house and in Lauderdale by the Sea.

Did not disappoint!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Andree was a great host and there for all of our needs. The home is beautiful and was just perfect for our girls trip to Florida. Having the amazing pool was just the icing on the cake. We are looking to make this an annual thing and we will definitely stay here again.

Our favorite family vacation yet!
My husband and I and our son (16 months) had the absolute best experience and stay! The house has everything you need for entertaining, convenience, and traveling with a child. Andree was exceptionally responsive and had someone out to look at our grill within 15 minutes of communicating having trouble. She accommodated our every need. The house is clean, pool is warm, and location couldn't be more convenient. We had my parents and aunt and uncle stay with us for a night and they loved the place equally as much. We are hoping to make this our annual vacation home we loved it that much! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay and Amazing Host
We took a last-minute trip to Ft. Lauderdale from Michigan, and the stay at this property could not have been more wonderful. The host was not only available to answer any questions I had, but went above and beyond to share restaurant suggestions and help my family get to the very close beach! The house was fully stocked with place settings and spices for cooking, and the washing machine and dryer made it so easy to keep up on the loads of towels from swimming all day. I could not recommend this location or host more!

House was perfect for our group of 6 I have never rented a property so well stocked with plates utensils towels etc. two refrigerators gave us plenty of room for food and drinks. Lots of room for all to spread out and relax. There was a set of 4 really nice beach chairs and big umbrella as well as 2 other beach umbrellas and a cooler. The beach cart made walking to the beach with all the stuff easy. The walk is about 10 min at most, and there are no busy roads to cross. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops along the way to the beach. Very safe area. Our teenage girls were able to come and go from the house for beach, coffee, lunch/dinner on their own without any worry. The owner was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times. Highly recommend this property and would stay again. Great house in a perfect location for beach vacay.

A gem in Fort Lauderdale by the Sea!
This VRBO was a wonderful place for our family. We walked to restaurants, beach, and shopping. No need to drive! They provide all the amenities for the beach- umbrellas, wagons, chairs, toys and towels. . The kitchen has everything you need, We grilled seafood twice! our three year old grandson loved staying here, fun toys and books. The pool was heated and we used it everyday. Thanks again. This property exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased to drive up to this inviting property. Beautiful neighborhood and minutes to the beach. We walked everywhere. Anything that you wanted was close by. Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and the list goes on! The property was very clean and has everything and more that you could ask for on vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, bakeware and utensils. The backyard is clean and so private. YES the pool is actually heated. Perfect temperature. Andree, our host is the best! Check in and check out was so easy! Responded to messages immediately. This is definitely on our favorite list and cannot wait to return!

Family vacation
We found this house last minute when our vacation plans changed. The house was great! Very clean, bright, and comfortable. The pool was one of our favorite parts. My daughter loved it. House was a short walking distance to the local restaurant and stores which was great. Communication with the owner was easy with fast responses. We would absolutely stay again if we return to Lauderdale by the sea.

Great Vacation
My husband and I came down with my daughter and her family forThanksgiving. The house more than met our expectations. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time together. The house was stocked with everything needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The location is perfect.. It is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Our host, Andree, was very accommodating and responsive., even though it was a Holiday weekend. We all agreed we would like to stay here again.
