There is something for everyone at this waterfront vacation Tiki Hut home in Lauderdale by the Sea. Located in the private, gated neighborhood of Bel-Air. Walk to everything: the beach, great restaurants, and shops. Enjoy a private heated pool, a new dock, a fun-filled game room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a state-of-the-art media room including an 80” HDTV with theater surround. We have just added a new 2-hole putting green! Work on your putting with waterfront views!

This walk-to-the-beach home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with a Jacuzzi tub and oversize walk-in shower. Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, a washer and dryer, a margarita machine, PS4, 60 game arcade table, a pool table, free High-Speed wireless WiFi, Keyless Ultra Secure Entry and an outdoor really cool surfboard shower, bicycles & kayaks for you to enjoy as well!

Beach access is just across Ocean Blvd, with a pedestrian crossing for carefree access. Located just off of the Intra-coastal Waterway with deep water ocean access, bring your boat, use our kayaks, or just relax and fish off the dock. You’re just steps from world-class scuba and snorkeling. And there is a living coral reef within 100 yards of the shoreline.
Wireless high-speed internet throughout the house. There are two master suites. Suite #1 - California Dreaming Suite with en suite bathroom with dual shower & double vanity, King Size bed, 42 in. A flat-screen TV with 140 channels in HD. Suite #2 - Nantucket Jacuzzi master suite with king-size bed and a Day bed with twin trundle. Or, just feed the fish or fish off of the dock! This vacation home offers a pool table with custom pool light, Flip top Poker Table & chips, and Sit Down Cocktail Arcade Game Table with 60 games Pac, Man Frogger, Donkey Kong, etc. All set to FREE play--Great for little kids & bigger ones too!!! This vacation home has a living room with plenty of seating. A well-equipped kitchen, service for 16, pots & pans even includes a Margaritaville Margarita maker. Everyone needs a frozen drink with an umbrella while they are on vacation! Outside bar area, and outside the sitting area, complimentary conveniences such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, & dish soap are provided. No need to pack dirty laundry! Laundry facilities are provided along with clothes detergent.

Head out to the many local restaurants or stay home and BBQ on our grill with Steak Sear burner & side burner. Propane is also provided for your convenience along with grilling tools and brushes.

Family Getaway
Our trip involved 3 of our adult children partners and our granddaughter coming for various parts of our stay along with my parents for a few days so we were looking for a house that could accommodate a large group. This house is ideal for a large group (10 of us total) and provides a great variety of areas for people to play and relax. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is not brand new but everything was in working order and all the items listed in the listing were available for our use during our stay. We will definitely consider this home for a future visit.

Amazing Vacation!!
I loved staying at this property!! The house was very clean upon arrival, and Michelle was extremely accommodating throughout our stay! We walked to the beach to see the sunrise, and enjoyed shopping at the local stores around!! I cannot wait to return next year, and will be recommending to my friends!

Super clean and Great Location!
Cleanliness was impressive. Having 2 bikes and kayaks was great. Having beach chairs available for the beach was a plus. Spent many days/nights pool side or in the Tiki-Hut. Loacation is close to beach after a short walk and coolers were available on site. You will need to pack your own fishing pole or purchase one if you choose to fish in the channel as the one available at the home is busted. We did get a visit from some manatees one evening! Thank you for a great week!

Not What I Expected for the Price
The owner did get us in an hour early, which we appreciated, but when we got there the air was not working properly, it was very warm, it finally cooled off in to the night. The Margarita machine that was the selling point for us was not there. The bicycles were old and rusty with torn seat covers, which I had to put towels on to ride, because the seats had water in them and got our shorts wet. The walk to the beach was a lot farther than we expected, we ended up driving to other beaches so we did not have to carry all of our items across and down the street. The pool toys were not well taken care of and inflatables were on the ground and dirty. The Margarita replacement machine was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but ended up not getting there until Thursday. Thursday during the night our air went out again and did not get fixed until Friday evening. The temperature was so hot we had to leave to eat and ended up leaving frozen pizzas that we had bought to fix in the oven. The water in one of the showers was only cold. We felt this could be a really nice place if whoever is taking care of it is paying attention to detail and taking care of little things like putting batteries in the remotes, replacing air filters in the air conditioner, pool lights fixed, better cleaning standards, etc This was my first time using VBRO, which I will probably not use again. For what we paid I expected more than what we got. I also believe that we should get a partial refund for the issues we had.

Loved our stay! The house was big enough for our group. Having a nice big dining table to eat at was wonderful. We loved the pool and being on the water. Everyone loved the canoes and pool table. I would highly recommend staying at this house for a relaxing week!

Great Location
The house was great for us, had the right amount of beds and a pool. We had a lot of rain while we were there so the pool saved us as the kids could pop in between storms. The house was also close to the beach so that was easy as well. Everything was easy with check in and using the property. Any problem we had was handled immediately. The cleanliness of the house, which is even more important these days, was outstanding. We had a fabulous time!

Great Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay here and it lived up to our expectations. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was great, and the dock with kayaking/fishing kept us entertained. We had a great vacation. I was surprised with the walk to the beach though - definitely farther than expected by the time we had to walk to a beach access point down the road. The house was great for our two families and offered lots of options. Next time I feel a rental car would be needed if we wanted to venture out more. The grocery store is .6 miles away but that’s far when you are carrying bags of groceries. Also, other than Sea Watch- it is over a mile to any other restaurant and more than that to any excursion such as parasailing, boat tours, fishing expeditions, etc. This was a perfect house to just stay and relax in for vacation!

The house was great, there were 9 of us. Plenty of room for sleeping and bathrooms to accommodate all. Pool was beautiful. Neighbors were friendly and informative as to the area. Short Uber rides to downtown restaurants and night life. Beach across the street. Great place would rent again.

Paradise!
My family and I stayed for two weeks and couldn't have asked for a better trip. There were 6 adults and 3 kids and everyone was entertained. The game room was great for the kids and the house has everything you need inside from dishes, to games, to books, it's all there. Very spacious and no one got in each other's way. The Tiki Hut next to the pool overlooking the canal was the hangout spot for the adults, we loved it. As an added bonus, Joe the neighbor, is a fisherman and you can order fresh fish from him and you get his details from the property manager upon check-in. He also was kind enough to lend us fishing poles and bait. This vacation was amazing, we were so sad to go and hope to be back again.

Perfect location !
We had 5 teenagers and 4 adults and this house was perfect for everyone. We were there for a training trip with our kids and it had all the amenities to make it relaxing for the parents and a wide range of activities for the kids at the end of their days! The pool and kayaks were a big hit and the house was more than big enough to accommodate all of us! (And the PS4 and pool table were definite pluses!). The location was just close enough to the beach and made us all feel like we were in a safe environment! We will definitely book for all future training trips!

Great house for our large family. Loved the dining room set up and pool table. A few things would have made the week easier. More silverware, better pots and pans and utensils, bars of soap in the baths. Also, the pool was not heated and it was cool during our week so we only used it one day.

Wonderful & Relaxing Oasis
This was a perfect home for us in Fort Lauderdale. Our daughter was getting married and we anted to find a home that would sleep our own children in addition to extended family. This home was perfect! There is plenty of space between rooms for privacy and wonderful places to join together to socialize. I appreciated all the extras like paper products, dish soap etc. and the extra cookware and dishes. There were plenty of towels for the pool and showering. The pool was delightful and sipping a morning coffee on the lounge was a relaxing way to start the day. The game room, pool, kayaks were a perfect way to unwind from wedding festivities. The location was perfect for all the different personalities. Easy access to beach for a stroll. We would walk to Bean & Barnacle (approximately 1 mile) for a latte and then walk back up the beach. Plenty of restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking and a Publix right down the street. We also arranged for a few food items and beverages to be delivered through Prime since we got in later. There is also a Catholic Church in walking distance which was nice to not have to drive to. I highly recommend this home. Great communication and easy check in and check out. Thanks for wonderful stress free stay. The perfect way to celebrate our daughters wedding.
