I checked in, and immediately complained that my bed was dirty and that it seemed like it had not been cleaned. I have pictures of the bed with dirt and grime and other things on it as well as the toilet paper roll looking to have been used upon arrival. After I brought my complaints forward to the front desk, I was told nothing could be done for me as that was all they had. I also complained that there was no water pressure from my sink, nor my shower making it near impossible to shower or use basic toiletries. When trying to check out, I waited 35 minutes before anyone showed up to the desk and assist me. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 0/10

Mattress was bad. The floor was dirty. The lights were hard to figure out how to turn on. No lights in bedroom. Sounds like they need a new General Manager to get the hotel under control.

Horrible Hotel Stay
Unbelievable the first room we were given on the second floor was totally roach infested. From the moment we opened the room door the roaches greeted us. They were all over the room including the beds. My husband said don't put any down. We quickly left the room and called for the front desk attendant and explained about the room. She the attendant said sorry about that and gave us the key to a room on the fourth floor. My husband went up and said the room was better. We went up and stayed. In the room there was no phone so everything we needed we had to go downstairs to the make shift front desk. I said make shift because it close at 10pm and you have to call from assistance using a lobby phone. We had not towels, no batteries in the TV remote etc... The room floor was extremely filthy and sticky. I was so concerned I had to wear socks on my feet and slept wholesale for fear of something clawing on me. I basically didn't sleep and kept the lights on all night. I have stayed at other Extend Stay properties and was very happy. But this one was truly a nightmare. I tried contacting the site several times to see if it was possible to change hotels but was unsuccessful. This property would never be recommended by me to anyone. In fact I told everyone about this roach hotel so they know don't ever book there. I am simply disappointed about my stay as the money I spent for this stay was ridiculous.

This place was smelly, roaches everywhere. Literally droppin ooff the walls. people sitting on the ground outside the building. Had to leave after 1 night, it was toolate to find somewhere else. Just diagusting.

Incredibly Kind Staff
Elijah and the male manager were outstanding! Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were there as a result of evacuating from Hurricane Milton and they really helped to make the experience as pleasant as possible. It was very conveniently located and the room was spacious with all the accommodations we needed. Unfortunately, there were some bugs on walls and floor. It probably just needs to be sprayed. Shower was good with hot water and good pressure. Beds were comfortable. Overall, we were so thankful for this place during a difficult time and especially thankful for the two staff members. They were amazing!

2nd Time just as Bad as 1st—Never again!
Truly Disgusting! There was a pubic hair in the bathroom sink. The floor was filthy—if you walked barefoot your feet were black. We have a white dog—her fur picked up all kinds of dirt. The refrigerator was rusted. We were evacuating to avoid Hurricane Milton and arrived after 10 PM, but called ahead to let them know when we would arrive. When you enter the lobby after 10:00, you have to call an agent—supposedly a person on the property. We were exhausted but had to wait 20-30 minutes before the front desk agent finally got there. They have a sign posted that for your safety, outside doors are locked and you have to use your key to enter. That is true…except for the front door which was never locked while we were there.
