beds were very uncomfortable the service was ok but no one at the front desk had to call to get help. It could use an upgrade

Only stay if you need to smoke, they want you to

Horrible smell from smoking, combined with open windows letting all the humidity in. Barely slept. Breakfast was awful. Beds had zero support, so what sleep I had was interrupted by other person tossing and turning; I'm a heavy sleeper but it felt like I was on a ship in a storm. Front desk was friendly when checked in, but $35 pet fee not listed online. 😡

All AC was off and hallway windows open in August. The stench of marijuana coming from the room across from me was horrible. Shower walls were dirty and bathroom floor was gritty. I set the AC at 70° and upon returning it was off and blazing hot and humid in my room. At check out he would not give me a receipt even though I paid him directly. Having said this, it was only a $70.00 room so I guess you get what you pay for.

Liked the price, and location. However, it's not 5 miles from Nauvoo because a bridge is out, so it took 45 minutes to get to Nauvoo from this location. Front desk person not very friendly. Room clean, but pillows and sheets scratchy and not comfortable.

This is an older hotel with NO elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Tried to cancel my 2nd and 3rd day there but was told I booked for 3 nights and had to pay for all 3. No refund. People in parking lot looked like they were waiting to steal from the cars later.Room was HOT had NO air conditioner on when we arrived. Room was clean and quiet. A room was available the 2nd and 3rd night downstairs, so my aged mother wouldn't have to go upstairs. We only stayed the one night and traveled on.

I was only there for one night passing through. The outside hallways had a strong smell of cigirett smoke, but when I enetered the room I did not smell it anylonger. The room was very nice. Very clean, with everything looking updated. The room coffee service and soaps were an choice. The price was also very good for what was recieved. A Top Value. Will stay again when passing through. The man cleaning the rooms on my way out the next morning was very cheerful and thanked me for staying. Ricky S. Licking Missouri

The rooms were good and clean but breakfast was lacking we and others had to ask for items to be restocked during the last hour.
