Vraiment bel hôtel avec du bon service. Il y'a aussi un très bon restaurant attaché à l'hôtel qui offre une très bonne nourriture

Unfriendly Front Desk staff
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe customer service was terrible. We booked for 5 people and there were no blanket or sheets for the fifth person. And when we asked for them, instead of providing the front desk staff asking us “are you sure there were not enough blankets?” and she called someone and kept talking on the phone while we were standing to get what we need. We left after waiting without getting anything. We are not the only one who was misbehaved, we observed earlier that she was talking rudely to another customer.
