Shower in Master bedroom could have had a better water pressure. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

Comfortable, Great Location

Lanai overlooking the canal.
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was very clean and perfect for a beach vacation for the four of us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a nice deck overlooking the canal. The area was peaceful, quiet and you could walk to the beach. We enjoyed it.

Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThankful for the accommodations but there were some things that need attention. The windows are all trailer windows, low quality. The curtains were not large enough to cover the windows. There were bugs. The drain cover in our shower was never screwed into place.

Please know the windows are standard home windows, curtains have since been replaced, pest control routinely services this unit, and the drain has since been secured. Tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need for a home away from home.

Wonderful Experience

Family vacation

We only turned on the tv once but Netflix was there ready to use. Laundry facilities were available to use! We would definitely stay again!

Very relaxing oasis by the beach
Publié le 22 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayEasy to rent, check in, new and modern, with multiple places to hangout or take an easy walk to the beach. Was far away from the main shopping and restaurants which took some time and effort to reach those spots. The benefit was a very quiet vacation with not many people on the beach nor all the sounds from the jet skis, boats and bar music.

Be Prepared to be disappointed
Publié le 3 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayInaccurate accounting of amenities - bring you own beach chairs and umbrella. There is no Coastal Breeze "concierge service.." If you have issues you will need to resolve them yourself or live with it. It has two bathrooms, but no water pressure in master bedroom bathroom. So, only one workable shower. Overall property is worn and tired. Renter beware.

Thank you for your response John. Beach essentials are shared amongst the 4 units at the property. Our maintenance checked the water pressure and it was adequate. We have had hundreds of satisfied guests in this unit with great things to say about the cleanliness and the unit itself. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you had during your stay. We would of been happy to solve any issues that arose. The only issue that we received from you during your stay was that mold was found under a glass top on a table. We sent our maintenance out to find it was actually glue to hold the glass top in place, not mold. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay and will find better accommodations for yourself in the future.
