Wonderful stay
Publié le 1 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayCondo was perfect for our week long stay. Comfortable and clean. We especially loved the ocean views and location right on the beach. Greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again.

Publié le 13 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayEBT is a very nice property which is further ahead of most of south end of island from IAN and recent hurricanes. 207C is a nice condo with great view of Gulf of Mexico for sunsets.
The condo has a couple issues. The bedroom ceiling fan wobbles at any speed. Accident waiting to happen. The stove has no heating marks for nobs, so its a guessing game.
Lastly, I had no hot water during my stay. Owner responded but the discount off stay was unreasonable.

We take guest concerns seriously, and we appreciate you bringing the issues to our attention. Regarding the ceiling fan and stove, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We’ve already scheduled a technician to inspect the ceiling fan and resolve the wobbling issue for future guests. We also plan to address the stove markings to ensure everything is in proper working order.
As for the compensation, we try to offer fair resolutions, and we regret that the discount did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, things sometimes happen that are out of our control such as water heaters going out. We did our best to replace it in a timely manner for you, but had to go through the appropriate permitting required before installation. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again and that we’ll have the chance to provide you with an even better experience next time. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.

Relaxation oasis!

We were right on the beach and this place was perfectly located away from town but close enough to all the activities we wanted to do. The only bummer was the pool was closed our whole stay which wasnt stated so that was disappointing.

Peaceful stay

Beautiful beachfront
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayUnit 207C was updated and very clean and comfortable. Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding from Ian so many things have not been rebuilt yet. Publix grocery store is open and only a few restaurants and food trucks. Our focus was long walks on the beach and gorgeous sunsets.

Excellent stay!!
Publié le 1 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved our week at Esterro Beach and Tennis Club. Our unit was just as we had expected.. maybe even better! It was well equipped with cookies, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing that needed attention was the outlets next to the bed need to be updated. We could charge our phones there but it wasn’t a tight fit for our chargers.
Overall, it exceeded our expectations!!
