Loved the resort but around the resort there is still a lot of damage from hurricane Ian so there wasn’t much to do outside of Margaritaville property. Pool area was amazing. Only improvement I’d recommend is some type of privacy fence or wall along the busy road near the pool.

We love Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach and went literally days after opening in December 2023 and again in late January 2024 (pool opened!) and now August. Beautiful hotel, quiet room, great food and drinks (although expensive). The pool is an experience thanks to the DJ, although we’d like someone playing some Jimmy Buffet covers instead.

Very disappointed with our balcony view. We asked for an upgrade at the check in but it was denied because we booked through Hotel .com even though the property was half empty. Basically Hotel .com customers are not treated like all other customers. Other than that everything else was good.

Spacious room, food and beverage were great, staff very friendly, didn’t like resort fees or parking fees and 20 percent tip on drinks.We usually tip well but to many places are doing this and not informing you that tip is included always check your bill.
