Condo was disgustingly dirty beach chairs broken, almost fell off chairs at the table 3 were broken

Furniture fell apart almost got hurt drawers were full of sand , freezer was rusted remote and front door did not work properly , bugs in room all day on table. Pillows were disgusting . Stay away from this condo. property manager didn’t care at all about room n was severely overpriced for the condo. Beware of renting from sea gypsy vacation rentals . Gorgeous view but horrible experience with everything else. Vrbo is awesome to rectify your situation

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at this condo. However, you failed to mention in your review that every time you called about an issue, we sent someone from our staff over to address that issue asap. We even offered to move you to a different condo, to which you refused. We did everything we could to make your stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, some people just cannot be pleased. To those other guests reading this review, please refer to the many other positive reviews that this condo has received.

Beautiful views, great location
Publié le 9 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayThis condo is in a beautiful well-maintained complex on the less-busy end of Estero Island. Santini plaza across the street is a major plus with several restaurants, shops and farmer’s market on Tuesday and Thursday. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially for sunsets. The unit itself is ideal for two people. It does NOT have a dishwasher as indicated on the list of amenities. Laundry is on the lowest level and machines take quarters only, $3.25 to wash and dry a load. Be aware that you must check in at building B office and get a parking pass or you will get a warning on your car. This info wasn’t included in our instructions. Overall, we would definitely return to this location.

The only thing to be aware of at least this time of year, in December is because of the way the condo is facing there is sun on the balcony all day. So if it is warm, sitting on the balcony is too hot until the sun sets. You do get to see nice sunsets though. In a great location and the complex the condo is located in is clean and well maintained.

Perfect For a Couple! Breathtaking View!
Publié le 29 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I spent a week in the condo and loved it. It's on the southern end of Estero Isle, and very quiet and peaceful. The condo was as described, and the grounds were immaculate. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Also plenty of outdoor parking, which I prefer rather than a parking garage. Sea Gypsy Vacation Rentals were also a pleasure to rent from. I'd not hesitate to rent this same unit again. Plenty of room for a couple, or a couple and a child. I highly recommend the condo for anyone looking for R&R, but still want only a short drive to shop, dine, etc.
