Introducing Paradise Found, an exquisite custom-built private home offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a heated swimming pool. Ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs adorn every room, with a grand 72” flat screen TV in the main living area alongside a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers opulence with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Its ensuite bathroom showcases a quartz-top vanity with double sinks, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, and a river rock bottom. The first guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom offers two single beds with under-bed storage, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Family Beach Vacation
Family of 5 stayed for 3 days. After the initial booking, all communication was handled via the rental companies website, and through email. I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. There was a giant bin of beach toys and chairs provided with a cart for easy transport to and from the beach. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower, pool, and eating area. Overall, the house was great, and we'd stay again if in the area.

The property is beautifully designed and well stocked for a vacation rental! The pool area was fabulous for those rainy days we could not spend at the beach. Just a short walk to the beach and tons of shells and sea creatures to explore! Check in and the checkout process was super easy , I highly recommemded this vacation home , I hope to return in the future!

PERFECT property on Estero
This was the perfect vacation home for our group - four adults, four kids. The pool and patio area were wonderful. The home was clean comfortable, well-equipped. All the beds were comfortable, even the pull-out sofa. The walk to the beach was quick & easy. I highly recommend this property and Coastal Vacations.

Everything about this property was wonderful! They had everything we needed, and even the pool was perfect for our little ones that wanted a shallow place to play! Beautiful home- short walk to beach
The home was beautiful and worked very well for our family. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area wasn't fenced in when we arrived, but was completed towards the end of our stay. Once completed, the pool patio area was a quiet little oasis- perfect for meals and play. The home is also a short walk to the beach. We suggest ordering a beach cart to lug the chairs, etc. The beaches were far from crowded... which was fantastic. Fort Myers Beach was clearly hit hard by the storm. While there is still a lot of evidence of destruction on the island, more rebuilding is happening each day. If you are looking for a simple yet memorable vacation centered around beach, pool and home, this is a great destination. As of April 2023, you need to travel off island for groceries and most provisions. Enjoy!

Wonderful Experience
This is a great house and property in an excellent location. Everything was spotless. It has everything you need in the house to easily accommodate 8 people. A short 4 minut walk to the beach plus a very nice pool and outdoor space. Adjacent properties are close as expected in this area yet plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

Truly is Paradise!
This new build home is absolutley stunning! Everything you could possibly need is provided, with kitchen and beach amenitites beyond what is advertised. The home was impeccably clean and designed. The beds are extremely comfortable. And the pool/outdoor seating areas are amazing. Approximately 3 minute walk to beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A top notch brand new home
This home was perfect for our family vacation. This house literally has everything (cookware, bakeware, and every utensil) and is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a little over a mile to time square. It was clean and in a great neighborhood
