Home with HEATED year round, pool & spa, pet friendly, will ensure your vacation will be one you will enjoy In beautiful southwest Cape Coral on a large lake with breathtaking view and beautiful landscaping on an over sized lot with lots of privacy. This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage. Great place to relax
The property was everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is perfect. We played lots of games outside next to the pool. The house was equipped great with all the amenities that we needed. We loved the informational booklet on the area and enjoyed some good meals at the restaurants that had been highlighted. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s during our travels and we all agreed that this one was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for all the good communication and for a relaxing and fun FL vacay.

Our stay at Villa Lake View
Wonderful property, well stocked with almost anything you can think of or need, from kitchenware, to bikes, to kayaks to golf clubs. Arguably the most comprehensive list of items I've ever had at any property. The house was spacious, very clean, and quiet; having the lake as a backdrop, a plus. Sondra was wonderful; booking was very easy and she constantly kept us up to date on the situations with Milton. My wife is in a wheelchair and the property is very accessible. Sondra even put in threshold ramps for us to make the transitions in and out of the house even easier. Finally, as we worked more with Sondra, it felt more like staying at a friends house. We were there for my 60th birthday and she even had a cake, Happt Birthday balloon, and bottle of wine waiting for us to help us celebrate! We will definitely be back. Ron & Michele

Cape Coral Villa
We stayed here end of August for my son's birthday. The house was large, airy, bright and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need. The jet tub in the master was a big hit. Plenty of towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. The pool and lanai were very relaxing. There were TVs in every room. Extras like a bottle of wine, snacks and flowers that were left for us were a great touch. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk in. The owners were informative and accommodating. They were very easy to communicate with. This house is a winner and a must stay.

This place has it all! Not only were we able to stay in this amazingly beautiful home, we were in the heart of Cape Coral! Only minutes from different stores,10-15 minutes from the beach, and delivery from all over! This place has a beautiful hot tub, gorgeous pool, and perfect dovk to fish from! Would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were communicative throughout the whole process. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. We loved this house. Communication is amazing from booking to check out. Sondra made everything so easy for us and gave us great recommendations of things to do during our stay. From the initial booking and contact by the owners, to walking into this amazing home for the first time, to your eventual departure, you will be in a 5-star stay! Such a beautiful property with everything you could think of to make your stay complete, they provide. As beautiful as the pictures are, they cannot truly capture the magnificence and tranquility of this property. Drive-able to many great beaches and attractions, but nice enough to never even need to leave the property to have a great escape! We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back!

What a view
Our family had an amazing time at this lovely villa from May 3 thru May 13. The owners/managers have put so much thought, effort and consideration into the needs and wants of vacationers. From the medicines, sunscreens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking items, spices, grilling supplies, household needs, laundry supplies, outdoor supplies, towels, pillows, blankets down to the kids/pets needs, just endless amount of necessities are provided. The incredible view from the pool deck never got old, the landscaping was gorgeous. The cleanliness and attention to every detail was by far the best VRBO house we've ever stayed at. What a great house!
This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so nicely decorated, so clean, and so well stocked with staples you would need, it was like being at home but better. I say “better” because it was a beautiful house in a great location, with a great pool and great hot tub. Our host, Sondra, was very communicative - she gave us information on the house and local things to do even before we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and she contacted us during our stay to make sure we were settled in and everything was okay. I would highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing!
Sondra & Bob are the best! This was my family’s favorite vacation. Cape Coral is a good time. The beach, fishing charter, jet skis, kayaking, and the food, was all wonderful. And above all, the house is amazing. My wife and I loved it, and we noticed all the small details that made it feel like home. The location was perfect and kayaking off the dock into the canal was a treat! Sondra was very kind, attentive, and informative!

Sondra and Bob could not have created a better experience for us. The home is perfect for family & friends, is exceptionally clean, updated, and very well cared for. From having coffee and cooking extras like spices and oils on site, to lots of clean towels, to the full laundry room, beautiful patio & pool and open layout it is an exceptional experience. Best vacation rental property ever!
We loved the house and the fact that is was on a lake in a quiet neighborhood, yet very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. The house itself is outstanding in so many ways! It is roomy yet feels very cozy with comfy furniture, great decor, and a floor plan that encourages togetherness. We have never stayed at any rental that was so well stocked. They have every kitchen and small appliance one my need to cook; they also provide many spices, cooking oils and condiments; they provide personal items like shampoo, conditioners and lotion; and plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins! The outdoor space is beautiful with a heated pool, hot tub, boat dock, and very nice furniture which makes it so nice to sit outside. They have bikes, kayaks, lots of pool toys, and plenty of beach towels. Loved the sliding doors that open to the lanai! There are many other wonderful things about this house that we could mention. The one thing we must mention is the wonderful hosts of this property. They were very nice to work with and so very welcoming. They had a botttle of wine, snacks, and even a dog dish of fresh water waitiing for us and our Yorkie, Murphy. We could see that they take pride in their home and want others to enjoy their property. Thank you for providing the best location for our much enjoyed vacation!! See you next year!

This is our third time in Cape Coral. It was the first at this property. I read all reviews and found out they were all very accurate! Sondra is amazing! She is so responsive. We really didn’t need anything though but we had a couple rainy days and she gave us some great things to do. The house is so clean and so nice. Our family loved it. It was quiet and very comfortable. They provided everything one could possibly need. The dishes are not mismatched, they are nicer than mine 😂This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in over the last 25 years going Florida!

Beautiful Lake Villa
This house and the host (Sondra) are amazing. Absolutely everything was in the house that we needed. We stayed with 3 young kids. The closests are loaded with everything you could possibly need. The bikes, kayak's, fishing poles, and heated pool made our southwest Florida stay so great. Absolutely a 5 star place to stay. We will be back next year.

Wonderful House
The house was beautiful and very clean. Beautiful view and close to places to visit and activities. The owner was exceptional with communicating, to include sending a list of things to do. We didn’t have great weather, but still had an amazing time. The neighborhood is very quiet. Best part was waking up to a cup of coffee sitting outside my bedroom door looking at the view.
