No pictures on the wall. No smoke alarm just a wire sticking out from the wall. Toilet seat loose and toilet wouldn't stop running. Attendant for the continental breakfast spoke no English and was no help at all.

Upon arrival, Noor was pleasant and professional. Our group required 2 rooms for 2 nights. Before arriving I decided the cancel the second room on the second night thinking part of our group would depart (no fees/charges). After the first night, I asked to add that second room back except now the rate was $50 higher. Oh well, lesson learned. Location is noisy from the main road traffic. Room has been updated with nice coverlet and wall decor. Has its positives and negatives.

We could not get the internet to stay connected and our phones did not work well in the rooms. There are very bright lights outside the rooms, the draperies keep light out for the most part, but the light does come in on the sides. I always thought it was morning...even at 1 am, 2 am, 3 am... the adjoining door did not have good seal around it so the neighbors lights and noise was in our room no extra chair at the desk the Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. All new flooring, furniture and tile in shower. Great water pressure. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar. The pool did not look very clean, and is quite shaded...and right next to the bar. The food in the restaurant served the purpose of not having to drive, but was not very good

This hotel and the property are very run down. The pictures online were very deceiving. The covered fountain area behind the property was filthy, and smelled all the way to where the rooms are. You have to ask for a coffee maker which we did and didn't receive it until we asked a second time, when we did finally receive it, it came with no basket to put the coffee in. The first morning we were there we went to breakfast around 8:00 a.m. Breakfast started at 7:00 a.m., there were only four people in the dining room, and they were already out of almost everything. We never bothered to try to have breakfast there again. Every night when we got back to our room our key cards didn't work and we had to go back to the front desk to have them reactivated. The only nice thing about this hotel is the cute Tiki Bar on the property, but that's it. We were very disappointed because the pictures made it look like a decent hotel.

Bugs flying out of sinks, loud music coming from bar, and hard to find parking. Floors were nasty, and the tv was half working.

Tiki bar was great! Resort rooms are in need of some TLC & cleanliness, bring your own breakfast.
