They were so horrible to me as a Hilton Honors member and I am a handicapped individual that I will never stay with them again how disgusting the treatment of they had to me

When checking in we saw there was a conference. I asked the front desk what it was for and she seemed very hesitant to answer. Turns out it was for C/Anonymous. Not my favorite situation as they partied all night. Next day we went to our seminar and went to go to the pool which is made out of tiny pebbles that hurt our feet. No downstairs bathroom, had to use another room for the rest room near the pool. To top it off we had no hot water for showers on check out morning. No apologies just more keys to another room to go shower in. We drove 4 hours home and will absolutely not be subjecting ourselves to another Hilton until they are done their construction. No thanks!

The TVs were not working during our stay. Apparently, that was the case throughout the hotel. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to watching college football that afternoon and evening. At checkout I asked about a credit and was told they wouldn't give a credit because we booked through Expedia. In today's computerized world it should be easy for the hotel to issue a credit back through Expedia or by some other means. I hesitate to use Expedia in the future if it's true that no credit can be given if there is a problem with the travel experience.

Hello Brad, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the difficulties that you experienced. We were in the process of upgrading our TV system during your stay and we learned that some of the programing did not take on some rooms. Credits for third party bookings do need to be initiated by the original booking site and will then be passed on to the hotel. Again, we apologize for this difficult experience.
