Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery small, little outdated by look of door locks and vents. Ants and a roach found, but didn't bother me. Also woke up to a very loud noise our last day in another room with people talking late at night. However, had a good stay. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Had privacy and close to the college for the price. I recommend if you are looking for a cheaper place.

Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is located in a great location close to many things I could hear what the family was doing, talking and their ice maker which was annoying the property is an addition to a family house. I was not comfortable and I will not go back

Hello Debra, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Although we have posted in our listing that this suite is part of our main home with it’s own private entrance, we would have been more intentional about our noise level and shutting the ice maker off had you communicated with us about these issues during the time of your stay with us..

Not as represented.
Publié le 27 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was not as it was represented in the listing. I figured based on other reviews it would be decent, but it was not. I did not feel safe here and did not like the first room i saw. Yana let me see another room and there were dead cockroaches under the sofa bed. Yana was very nice and commutative, however i was not able to get a full refund and had to pay a TON of money when I didn’t even stay for one night.

Hello Sophia, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Our property is quite safe and has never had any safety issues. We’ve never had a guest complain about the safety of our property, you are the first. Lee county sheriffs patrol our neighborhood daily even though we’ve never had any legal issues in our part of Fort Myers. We are sorry you didn’t like the suite that you booked with us.. You told us that you hadn’t read and hadn’t thoroughly looked though our listing before booking with us.. Our suite is true to its listing. Had you thoroughly looked through our listing before booking, you would have seen this to be true. As for cockroaches you claim to have seen under the sofa bed.. We do not have a sofa bed in any of our suites, nor have we had any cockroaches reported to have been seen in our suite..
Regarding your finances.. Despite our refund policy on last minute cancellations, we still refunded you all that VRBO allowed us to.. We wish you the best and safe travels
