This 2500 square foot home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer. The house has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all. If one group chooses to watch sports or a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room or the Den , another group can converse or read in the living room, den, dining room or bedrooms.You'll love the sliding doors that disappear into the walls, opening all the main living areas to the screened lanai and pool. You'll find spacious, light filled rooms with views of the water from every room!

The location next to the river is in Palaco Grande, nicknamed the “Gold Coast” of Cape Coral where you can watch dolphins, rays and fish play from the comfort of your deck chair. Don't forget to hop on one of the bikes to explore this beautiful quiet neighborhood or take one of the kayaks for a canal ride.

Walk down to the private dock under the Tiki Hut to fish, sun bathe or simply read a book. The home is also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls. At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage, grilling a steak or sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

*********Note that the owner of this home keeps a 52 foot boat at the dock and he is allowed access to the boat through the yard at any time. There is no room to dock a rental boat

Great place with lots of space for lounging in the sun!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and house is laid out well for multiple places to hang out. Kitchen is a little outdated, and some of the check-out instructions (washing towels, stripping sheets, emptying garbage cans, and washing dishes) feel "extra" considering the cleaning fee we paid. If the owner's boat is docked, it really blocks the view and hinders fishing off the dock. When we were there the boat was gone for all but the last day, and the sunsets viewed from the couches under the tiki hut were epic. A peaceful stay (except the neighbor's yippy dog--which property owners can't help).

Caloosahatchee River House
The Caloosahatchee House is as beautiful as pictured. It is a very well assigned home, with plenty of room for all our family's needs. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The tiki seating deck with the breeze off the river was quite lovely. We very much enjoyed our time there and will return in the future.

Everything we needed
The house was perfect for our stay. It was so nice to have things like coolers, beach chairs, and pool toys available for us to use. The kitchen has everything we needed. We appreciated having the option for a regular coffee pot and not just the Keurig since we had multiple coffee drinkers. It was clean and quiet, and we would definitely come back.

Relaxing Getaway!
We really enjoyed our trip to Cape Coral. This was our first trip to Florida as a family. We had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed the weather we enjoyed just sitting outside and we especially enjoyed seeing the dolphins. We had a chance to meet the owner when he visited the property. GREAT place to vacation...
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 3 Tiki Hut and Sunsets ! The home was everything described in the booking. Waterfront views were amazing. While we were vacationing with friends in the area, we still made time to enjoy the home and it's amenities. The pool was very relaxing. The outdoor BBQ made dining outside very enjoyable. The location of the property was perfect with everything we wanted to see close by. The property was clean nicely furnished. We would recommend this property for a nice stay !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is wonderful. The pool is the perfect size and was warm on our arrival. I spent a great deal of time on the dock. The furniture is super comfortable and the view is breathtaking. We have stayed in several homes in Cape Coral this one is our favorite so far! If you are staying Cape Coral make sure you check out Bread Pete. Best breakfast hands down!

Great Family House
This house is in a great location in Cape Coral, on a wide canal very close to the river with gorgeous views! The house itself is much larger than it looks in the pictures, with a huge kitchen and 2 large living areas and the perfect layout for a family, with the master on one side and the additional 2 bedrooms on the other. It is also a great outside layout with the covered area, pool and dock - we spent all of our time in those 3 places almost every day. Comfortable beds, perfectly stocked kitchen - everything you could want to feel at home! We were so fortunate that they were able to accomodate our dates as the original house we had rented was too damaged during Hurricane Ian and was not inhabitable. To that end, the pool cage and dock seating area weren't available during our stay (only reason for the 4 stars on the listing accuracy), but the dock had just been rebuilt so we were at least able to walk out there and see the beautiful views! We would absolutely rent this wonderful home again! Thank you for a wonderful week with our adult children!

This house was gorgeous! Even my family from Cape Coral saved the address to rent in the future. My hubby caught a shark off the back dock! Pool, dock, and provided amenities were awesome. We just had to show up and have fun!

Had a wonderful time in this rental. Lots of thoughtful touches and absolutely everything you need. We had an issue with some furniture during our stay and this was fixed with someone on site within 1 hour to remediate. Super comminication thtoughout - would have been even more helpful to understand how far the included fuel fee was likely to go. The villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with absolutely phenomenal views of the passing boats with their waving incumbents :) Loved every second of our stay especially 4th July which was an outstanding night on the deck.
